Our twelve refrigerated carts include six large carts holding up to 16 cases each and six small carts holding up to 8 cases each. Cases may contain 24, 25 or up to 30 paletas depending on the confirmed order.

Good to know.
Can a cart be used outdoors?
Yes, with access to electricity and suitable shade for the attendant and equipment. If electricity is unavailable, a dry-ice solution must be quoted.
Can guests choose any flavor?
Yes, subject to current availability and confirmed production timing.
What happens to leftover paletas?
Remaining product belongs to the customer and must be kept frozen. Storage or dry-ice arrangements should be confirmed in advance.
